By accessing this website, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with applicable laws and regulations. You are prohibited from using the website in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the site or interfere with any other party’s use of the website.

2. Products and Pricing

All products featured on our site are designed and produced with high standards of craftsmanship. While we make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate, we do not guarantee that they are error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors and change prices at any time.

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in USD. Sales tax, if applicable, will be added at checkout.
  • Availability: Product availability is subject to change. While we aim to keep stock levels accurate, certain items may be unavailable. If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly.

3. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. After you place an order, we will send an order confirmation email to acknowledge receipt. However, this does not mean your order has been accepted. Cora reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to pricing errors, stock availability, or suspected fraud.

  • Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

4. Shipping

We offer domestic shipping for all orders, with processing typically occurring within 1-3 business days. We ship using USPS and FedEx, with expected delivery times of 3-5 business days once shipped.

  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST will typically ship the same day (Monday through Friday). Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available on orders over $75 (within the U.S.).
  • International Shipping: Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within the U.S., but international shipping options may become available in the future.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, certain items are ineligible for returns or exchanges, as outlined below.

  • Eligible Items: Items from our regular season collections are eligible for returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
  • Limited Drops & Exclusive Items: All limited drop items and exclusive products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please note that due to limited stock, we may not be able to offer exchanges for the same style or size. If an exchange is not possible, store credit will be issued for the amount paid, minus shipping costs. The store credit can be used for future purchases.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us at corafragrance@gmail.com. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

6. Payment

We accept payments via Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other major payment methods. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total order amount, including shipping and taxes.

  • Billing Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information. If there are issues with payment processing, we will contact you for resolution.

7. Account Registration

To enhance your shopping experience, you may create an account on our website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details. If you notice any unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Cora website, including logos, designs, images, and text, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content from our site without our express written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Cora will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or the products purchased. Our liability is limited to the total purchase amount of the affected product.

You agree to indemnify and hold Cora, its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the site or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tampa, Florida. By using this website, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in Tampa, Florida.
