At Cora, we are proud to design and manufacture all of our products in the USA. We take great pride in our local craftsmanship, ensuring that each item is produced with the highest quality materials and attention to detail.
Our standard processing time is 1-3 business days. While we strive to process and ship all orders within this timeframe, we aim to provide the most efficient service possible. Orders placed by 5:00 PM EST Monday through Friday will generally be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via USPS or FedEx, with delivery typically taking 3-5 business days depending on the shipping method chosen and your location. Please note that shipping times may vary due to external factors, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $75 and provide expedited shipping options for faster delivery, if needed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through USPS or FedEx using the provided tracking information.
At Cora, we want your order to reach you promptly and accurately. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct and complete shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, it may result in delivery delays or the return of the package.
Address Accuracy: Please carefully review your shipping details before submitting your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at corafragrance@gmail.com to attempt an address update before shipment.
Returned Packages: If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, and you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.
Unclaimed Packages: If a package is unclaimed due to an incorrect address, we will attempt to contact you. If the order is returned to us and we are unable to reach you, we may cancel the order and issue a refund, minus the original shipping costs.
Carrier Delivery Issues: Once an order is shipped, the carrier (USPS or FedEx) is responsible for delivery. If there is an issue with the carrier’s delivery or if the package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us right away, and we will assist with filing a claim.
Currently, we offer domestic shipping within the U.S. only. International shipping options may be available in the future, and we will update our policy accordingly.
Please double-check that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. In the event that an order is returned due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the package.
